During the early 2000′s, the growth of Panama City Beach as a popular tourist destination provided a foundation for a thriving hospitality sector. Royal American Hospitality was among the first to take advantage of the oversupply of high-rise luxury condominiums dotting the Gulf Coast. We began by operating a mom & pop beach-front hotel which lead our owners and operators to recognize the need for a condo rental management company within the marketplace.
