In 1999, Royal American Hospitality entered the local condominium rental management arena and has grown that business to include eight properties totaling over 600 rental units. In 2002, Hotel & Motel Management Magazine ranked Royal American Hospitality among the Top 100 management companies in the country.

In addition to operating the 900+ condo units and hotel rooms, Royal American Hospitality also manages one of the areas largest Convention Centers, 4 outdoor event facilities, and 6 food and beverage outlets. We currently employ over 350 dedicated team members, either seasonally or full-time, including a management team with a combined knowledge and experience that is unmatched.
